Sedation
At River Rock Dental, we want you to feel comfortable and at ease while visiting us and we want to make sure your teeth are well taken care of. That’s why we offer an array of relaxing sedation options for patients, ranging from gentle laughing gas to IV sedation.

General Anesthesia
General anesthesia in dentistry is typically less invasive than with other types of surgeries, but it will still leave you unconscious and unable to feel pain for the duration of your surgery. Our team of family dentists has undergone specialized training to administer general anesthesia, so you can rest easy that your sedation and dental procedure will go smoothly.
Dental Vibe
While most patients don’t feel much discomfort or after effects from their sedation, you might feel somewhat wobbly or off-balance directly after your treatment as the medication wears off. We’ll send you home with simple, helpful directions for the rest of your day. We highly recommend that you plan to have someone drive you to and from your appointment if you will be undergoing sedation.
