River Rock Dental’s priority has always been providing exceptional care to our patients. With the recent outbreak of COVID-19 we want to assure you that we are taking necessary precautions to protect our patients and staff.
Currently, we are proceeding with business as usual, appointments and surgeries will continue as planned. However, we ask that if you are experiencing fever (over 100 degrees), difficulty breathing, and/or coughing and have a scheduled appointment/surgery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date once you are symptom-free. If you have a medical concern that you feel needs to be discussed and cannot wait until the rescheduled appointment, please let us know and we can discuss your concern with our physicians.
It is important that we as a community proactively take necessary precautions. According to the CDC, the best way to prevent illness is by being diligent with personal hygiene and staying home if we are feeling ill.
• Wash your hands with soap and warm water, especially after being in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
• If soap and water are unavailable, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
• If you are symptomatic, stay home and rest, avoid close contact with others until your symptoms resolve without the use of medications.
Thank you for your understanding as we all work together to slow the spread of this virus.
